Francisco Baptista
Francisco Baptista received a Degree in Agri-Food Engineering in 1994 and a Degree in Oenology in 1999 at the University of Tras-os-Montes and Alto Douro. Since 1994, he has been Oenologist/Winemaker with various national producers, including Sogrape, Quinta da Perdiz, Quinta de Vila Maior amongst others. Currently, he acts as Consultant Winemaker to various wineries in the Douro. As well, Francisco Baptista is one of the founding members of Lua Cheia, producing wines in Douro, Vinho Verde, Alentejo and Dão regions.
