Carlos Silva
Carlos Silva received a Degree in Oenology by UTAD and a Master in Viticulture and Enology by ISA - Technical University of Lisbon. Since 1999, he has been winemaker from UDACA and on Consultant Vines e Wines, in Dão, Bairrada, Verdes, Douro and Alentejo regions. He is guest lecturer for Higher Education and develops research on wine terrois and improvement of sensory analysis techniques.
