Encruzado is a Portuguese white grape variety which is most commonly planted in Dao, and is considered to be the best white grape variety planted in the region. Encruzado has a good production and is fairly balanced in sugar and acidity.

This grape variety grows in small to medium sized compact bunches of medium size and is a yellow/green colour.
