Aroma: Complex, with notes of ripe raspberries, blackberries, tar and balsamic
Ageing: Aged in French (60%) and American (40%) oak barrels for 3 months; 6 months in bottle
Soil: Sandy soil
Taste: Rich, full, and ripe with well-integrated tannins. Fruit flavours reminiscent of blackberry pie, blueberries, with a note of peppermint, red licorice and earthy
Final Notes: Long finish
Gastronomy: Ideal as an accompaniment to red meats, pork, game meat and cheese
